Owner Scott Morris is a highly experienced airline Captain with extensive background in training, safety and risk management, human factors, project management, leadership, communications and instruction. Scott is skilled in adult learning domains and effective curriculum design, teaching and facilitation. He has extensive experience in risk management and mitigation, safety, strategic communications, project management, and training development and delivery. Scott is a gifted public speaker with skills in a variety of topics including Leadership, Building Effective Teams/Teamwork, Relationship Awareness Theory, Strategic Communications, Emotional Intelligence, Safety/ Security, Threat and Error Recognition Mitigation and Management.
Scott also consults in the trucking industry enhancing driver and business safety and delivering quality instruction and training topics in human factors and safety. He has also worked with Healthcare teams to instill these same concepts into their environments. As well, Scott is a part-time Instructor for a large American training company specializing in professional development training for professionals.
